    My food challenge list
    1)No eating out and/or fast food
    2)No carb snacks chips, crackers, breads, etc. (exclude an occasional 1-2cups of popped popcorn)
    3)Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies throughout the day
    4)No wine or Lime-a-Rita
    5)Lower intake of coffee creamer from 1 serving verse 3, yeek!
    6)No Red meats, only chicken or fish
    7)Do minimum 30 minutes of cardio every other day on my lovely precor elliptical that has not had much love lately (alternating cardio and arms everyday)
    8)Do arm workouts minimum 4 days a week (alternating cardio and arms everyday )
    9)Meal prep all meals the night before work so Iam not tempted to cheat on my food challenge
    10)Relax and unwind with some light reading every night before I go to bed 🙂
